Breath when we panic!! we forget to breath and it is the Not breathing that is making us feel they way we are . To get your breathing back to normal hold your breath for the count of 10,once then breath out123, in123 ,and say this to your self and log a it takes to start feeling better, you Will feel better! and it helps taking your mind off what you are thinking about. nothing is going to happen to you hypoventilation will make you faint and you only faint because your body needs to get your breathing back to normal your body needs to take control . I hope this helps An other good thing is relaxing tapes for your body.

One method I was told is to ground yourself. Whilst seated, plant your feet firmly on the ground, put your palms together and push and imagine you are trying to sink yourself spiritually into the ground.
