Ended up crying at my job interview today under the pressure. I felt like such an idiot after wards but I suppose I'll just focus on the positives and learn from the experience! I'm always too hard on myself and strive for perfection - I gotta remind myself perfection doesn't exist! Sigh.. Still wish I did better today.

We all know ourselves so well and criticise ourselves the worst. Takes a lot to get out of that negative headspace and learn to accept ourselves as we are by our own discernment and NOT anybody elses.

Ahhhh 'Bother' said Pooh.
Never mind. Best just to learn from the experience, work it through in your head so you can avoid it next time. Maybe you have a friend who you can practice with playing the parts so to speak, over and over again, so you can work out its nothing to stress too much about. I find deep breathing helps before, and during those types of situation, deep tummy breathing. Don't swet about it, now, today's another day.

Thank you both - I think I just freaked myself out a bit and I'm being too hard on myself. It's hard to stay calm in those kinds of situations though!
