I am in my 30's and have suffered from anxiety for about 5 years now. Can't pick what triggers it as it happens at random time. Have learnt to just slow down and breath when I have an attack. Sometimes easier said that done :-).

Hi Vicky! Welcome I too suffer with anxiety - I'm glad you've joined here, maybe you can post a few tips on how you usually cope?

I have learnt to live a quiet life Vicky, and not having to jump up to other peoples expectations as they always raise the bar too high. So I like myself and am happy as I am.

Hi Vicky, sorry to be late in my welcome, still learning to navigate around here. I can relate to your anxiety, but it took me ages to recognise it, it was so alien to me. Now I realise what all my strange behaviour is about. Mine sort of shows itself, in always expecting bad drama. Like if someone comes in from outside and opens the ranch-slider fast and comes in with a loud exclamation, I immediately think something is wrong, when often they are about to say something funny that happened! But if is is something bad or just a little bad, I almost panic. Crazy aye. Well it feels crazy to me, because it is so not, me! Sorry rattled on a bit there......
