Hello

I have a history of depression and have ended up in a dark place again.

I have lots of referrals and appointment, and I think its time to go back on meds.

I am concerned about weight gain, as any weight gin will make me feel even worse.

My options are Venlafaxine or Fluoxetine.

I know everyone response differently, but I wanting to hear of others experiences?

Hi Chloe, my son was on the 1st one you mention and as a male didn't have any weight gain during the year he was on it. Sorry you've ended up there again, Any time you want to chat, I have a kind ear, although I call a spade a spade lol.
