Hi all - I'm so excited as I have a job interview on Monday! I'm worried though because it is for a professional role and I don't have any nice clothes. I'm going to try get WINZ to give me a work clothing grant so I can get some but if they don't I don't know what I'm going to do! I'm so worried.  I'm not good with interviews and if I don't have nice clothes they won't take me seriously - Ahhhh! |

Isn't there an organisation that's helps with just this sort of thing? Not sure what they are called or if they would be in your area. What about some 2nd hand shops, you might be surprised what you can find. And your right, you want to feel the 'Bees Knees' when you go don't you!

Hi, In Auckland there is a organisation called " dress for success " , i think run by female business people who can help, dont know if there is one of these in your area, I took one of my clients there in prep for a job interview, they were brilliant, clothing which can be altered by them at no cost,footwear and even jewellery for ladies, AND if you get a job they will normally supply you with another outfit, they were very proffesional
