Going to try start eating more veges and ditch the over-processed food! I always turn to food for comfort so it's hard not to go for the chocolate puddings and things like that What veges are in season at the moment, does anyone know? Also what are your favorite ways to incorporate more veges into your diet?

Also what are your favorite ways to incorporate more veges into your diet? Brussel sprouts, broccoli is still about, cauli is still a bit pricey, pumpkin and kumara, pretty much everything is around, though celery was a bit sad when I saw it on Sunday, hopefully some new stuff is in this week. I don't eat meat, so enjoy a vege curry. And I just love soup, so can get good amounts that way, good healthy comfort broth. Just not with buttered toast lol.

Louise - If you can could you please post your vege curry recipe? It sounds delicious! I love soup too, I need to find a good recipe of that as well. It's hard not to have it with buttered toast!

I'm sorry I'm so unhelpful as a cook because I am a no recipe kinder of girl. But I make curries for the family with meat, and just do exactly the same thing for me without meat. So whether you use a past in a jar, frying it with onions or a dry curry powder, frying it with the onions when they are cooked it just the same. I'm almost getting to the point where I hesitate to mention what I cook, as I seldom follow a recipe and people ask me for the recipe, lol.
