I'm having a lot of trouble staying motivated lately and I'm waking up tired (even though i'm getting more than enough's sleep). I have to study for my business admin course and I can't put it off any longer. Anyone have any tips?

I'm thinking a strict routine Amy, a strict but comforting routine. I have fibromyalgia, and I struggle to get dressed if I am cold. So after shifting the cat aside, I jump up pop the jug on turn the bathroom heater on, jump back into bed, after a cuppa, I'm up and dressed in comfort and feel ready to attack the day.

Yes - creating a routine would help but it's implementing it that would be the problem! I have to stop procrastinating.

Routine is the best, just have set times for waking up meals housework and study and bedtimes of course. Try to use the bedroom as a place of sleep only. And other rooms in the house for study, like the livingroom.
