You are so right - Pain does manifest itself in so many ways. Some ways can be beautiful and bittersweet. We have to acknowledge our pain and rejoice in our happiness.

I remember with my therapy at the day care clinic. That they showed us how fast the human brain can go from an external stimulus to a conclusion it is so fast that we hear things that are not said and see things that are not there. They did a few tests on us, a lot of us were sceptical at first but dumbfounded when shown the results. We have to learn to slow down our thinking so that we can reason with the input before reacting to them.
